As an experienced dietitian, I offer emotional eating and nutrition coaching where I teach you the skills you need to make your health and wellness goals a reality.

We’ll meet 1:1 to discuss different aspects of mindset like mindful eating, self-talk, basic nutrition concepts, and unlearning toxic diet culture practices like food “rules.”

In addition to my guidance and support during sessions, I’ll send you a follow-up email after each session to help keep you accountable as you process and implement what you’ve learned.
